Olesia Belchenko, Esq
Attorney/Shareholder of Olesia Belchenko, P.A., serving the legal needs of South Florida’s Russian-speaking business community, including as a Florida co-counsel to law firms located in other U.S. states and abroad. Every year from 2014 through 2018, Ms. Belchenko was selected as a Rising Star (in the area of business litigation) by Florida Super Lawyers Magazine. Ms. Belchenko is an adjunct professor of business law at the University of Miami School of Business Administration. Additionally, she provides pro bono services to qualifying low-income individuals through Dade Legal Aid’s Put Something Back Project. Outside of the practice of law, Ms. Belchenko is a nationally-qualified National Physique Committee (NPC) bodybuilding competitor, competing in the bikini category.
Mamie Joeveer, Esq.
Litigation Attorney of AXS Law Group, specializing in commercial business disputes and First Amendment and Media Law. Jõeveer was also a Former U.S. Marine Captain, Assigned to the Pentagon and Kenya. Prior to her legal career she was a Journalist and Contributor to National media outlets such as the Miami Herald, Forbes Magazine and Military and Legal Analyst on MSNBC. Jõeveer is chair of the Florida Bar Media and Communication Law Committee and on the Board of Directors for Miami City Ballet.
Clarissa A. Rodriguez, Esq.
Clarissa has been Florida Bar Board Certified in International Law since 2015 and serves as Secretary of The Florida Bar’s International Law Section. She is one of the founding partners of Reich Rodriguez, P.A. in Miami, Florida, and is admitted to practice in Florida and Washington, D.C. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, she has particular expertise in international litigation and arbitration. Her focus is on complex business dispute resolution and art recovery and restitution, through both litigation and arbitration, and she has spoken and written on these topics. She received her JD from Nova Southeastern University, Shephard Broad College of Law, and her Licenciatura en Derecho from the Universidad de Barcelona.
