Irina Shabetayev, Esq is a Juris Doctor (JD), graduate of Florida International University College of Law. Irina received her undergraduate and Master’s degree in law from the Moscow State University of Service in 2005.

She specializes in immigration law, with focus on family based petitions, green card and naturalization applications, political asylum, deportation, and VAWA petitions (representing victims of domestic abuse).
